Real Estate Cold Caller

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cold Caller with a strong background in real estate. Working Hours: 2:00 PM - 6:00 AEST

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients
Identify and qualify buyers, sellers, and investors
Handle objections professionally and confidently
Set appointments and manage follow-ups
Update CRM systems with accurate lead information and call outcomes
Maintain consistent activity levels and meet KPIs

Must Have Skills

Candidate Requirements

Experienced appointment setter/cold caller.
Strong phone sales background.
Experience with both inbound and outbound sales calls.
Outbound cold calling experience is HIGHLY preferred.
Real estate experience is optional/not a priority.
Strong resilience under pressure.
Comfortable handling rejection and fast-paced sales environments.
Confident communicator with strong phone presence.
Must demonstrate initiative, confidence, and consistency.
